SkyStamp app: video preview with flight data overlay and style settings
Styles

Pick how your data looks

Four built-in looks. Choose which numbers to show, units, text size and accent color, with a live preview on any frame.

Features

From raw flight to finished video

Everything happens on your computer. Your footage never leaves it.

Reads DJI SRT files

Finds the SRT next to your video automatically. Supports both the new format (Neo, Mini 3/4, Air 3, Avata) and the classic one (Mini 2, Air 2).

Flight-path mini-map

Your route drawn live over a street map or satellite imagery, with the takeoff point and the drone's current position.

Satellites, battery & real speed

GPS lock and the speed measured by the drone itself, read from the MP4. Add your DJI Fly flight log to also show the satellite count and battery level.

Fast 4K rendering

Uses your GPU encoder (Apple, NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) when available, with automatic software fallback. Keeps resolution, frame rate and audio.

Overlay for editors

Export a transparent ProRes 4444 overlay to place on top of your footage in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere or Final Cut.

Open source

MIT licensed and on GitHub. There's a command-line version for batch jobs, and adding a style is one small Python file.

How it works

Three steps. That's it.

Drop your video

Drag the .MP4 from your drone onto the window. The matching .SRT is picked up automatically.

Pick a style

Choose a look and the data you want, then scrub the timeline to preview any frame.

Create video

Choose where to save it and click once. Your finished video keeps the original quality.
